Track
Updated over 6 months ago

The Track panel aims to visually display the routes taken by devices based on the latest information captures and synchronization with the server, as well as forced locations through the Check-in feature.

Below, we’ll go through the steps to activate this option:

  1. In the panel, access the Groups menu.

  2. Click on the edit icon (pencil) for the group where you want to configure this setting.

  3. Select the Capture location interval (GPS) toggle, and click “Change” to save the change.

  4. You can also save the Allow check-in option, which will allow you to perform specific searches for this functionality.

  5. After selecting the toggle, it should remain enabled. When activating the Pulsus agent on the device, the device’s location permission must be requested.

  6. After making these changes to the group, you will be able to view the routes in the Track panel.

  1. Search: You can filter by First Name, IMEI, or Device ID.

  2. Period: You can select the last 12 hours, last 24 hours, today, or yesterday. Additionally, you can specify a specific date for consultation (we store data for the last 12 months).

  3. Only Checkin: This option will display only the enabled Check-in within the group settings.

  4. Remove points with a margin of error greater than: Allows you to set a radius in meters to better refine information collection.

After selecting the filters you desire, click on Calculate.

Note:

  • Attention: These data are approximate. The route result may vary due to contributors’ internet conditions and other factors, which could result in missing some collection points. As a result, Track may not display all information with precision.

  • Track displays information from up to 12 months ago; however, you can view routes by consulting a two-day period.
