In this article, we’ll walk through how to create a profile in Samsung - Knox Mobile Enrollment.

With your Samsung account created, the necessary permissions granted, and devices linked in the portal, go to: https://central.samsungknox.com/itadmin/kme/profiles.

You’ll see the screen below showing available profiles. Click CREATE PROFILE in the ACTIONS menu:

The following screen will appear. Enter the profile details you wish to create:

In the next screen, you’ll be asked for some MDM-related information.

After providing the required details, proceed to the next screen by clicking CONTINUE (NEXT).

Note: When selecting Pulsus as the MDM, the APK will be automatically inserted by the tool.

In the final step, you’ll need to define policies and configure the MDM. The recommended configuration options are illustrated in the next image.

Note: In the text box requesting “DPC extras for Pulsus,” you must provide the MDM group PIN for automated registration during KME enrollment, using the following format:
​{“pin”:“XXX-XXX”}

The PIN corresponds to the Group information within the Pulsus environment.

Once the configuration is complete, click NEXT, and then CREATE in the "Review" section.

Your profile has been successfully created! All that remains is to assign the profile to the registered devices in the platform, as shown below.

Under the Profile option, select Pulsus MDM and click SAVE.

Done! When the devices boot for the first time, they will automatically register via KME.

Attention: To use KME, you need Samsung-supported devices running Knox version 3.0+ that were purchased from a participating reseller in the Knox Deployment Program.
