By accessing the Dashboard you will have access to important information about the devices registered in the base, such as the number of active devices, devices with GPS turned off, devices with possible battery problems and/or low charge, devices with low storage space and available memory.

The Dashboard menu shows the following information blocks:

Devices:

  • Total: Number of devices registered in the database.

  • Active: Among the registered devices, the count of those with Pulsus active.

  • New: Among the registered devices, the count of those without Pulsus active.

  • Deleted: Among the registered devices, the count of those that had data wiped (Wipe Data/Factory Reset).

Groups:

  • Total: Quantity of device groups registered in the database.

Applications:

  • Total: Quantity of applications added to the database.

  • Active: Among the applications added to the database, the count of those that are active/available for download.

  • Blocked: Among the applications added to the database, the count of those that are blocked, thus not available for download.

Status Metrics:

  • More than 72 Hours without Communication: Total number of active devices that have not communicated for more than 72 hours, meaning they haven't sent information about the device.

  • 20% or Less Battery: Total number of active devices with a battery percentage equal to or less than 20%.

  • 20% or Less Available Storage: Total number of active devices with available storage percentage equal to or less than 20%.

  • Launcher Disabled: Total number of active devices with the Pulsus Launcher disabled. These devices may not be managed by Pulsus.

  • Device Administration Disabled: Total number of active devices with Pulsus disabled from device administration (Android settings). These devices may not be managed by Pulsus.

  • GPS Turned Off: Total number of active devices with GPS turned off.

  • 10% or Less Available RAM: Total number of active devices with RAM percentage equal to or less than 10%.

Note:

Clicking on any of this information will display a side panel containing the list of devices based on the respective accessed information.

In case there are devices in any of the situations mentioned above, the presented data will include: ID, name, SIM card information, IMEI, model, Android version, and group.


The list of devices will also display three buttons:

  1. Refresh: Clicking this button will notify all devices in the list in the background, prompting them to send an update from the device to the web.

  2. Send Message: Clicking this button will display a text box for writing a message with up to 1000 characters. Upon clicking the send button, all devices in the list will receive the message.

  3. Lock: Clicking this button will present a confirmation message for locking all devices in the list. In this confirmation, there will be an option to "Set a new access code." If selected, the administrator will configure a 4-digit code, and after confirming the lock, the device will automatically lock and can only be unlocked if the user provides the configured code. If no code is configured, the device will lock automatically, and to unlock, no code input will be required.

Note: If an access code is set, it will be requested every time the screen is locked.

Attention: The following features are available only starting from the Pro plan.

In the center of the Dashboard screen, you will find a panel displaying the least installed applications and groups with the worst application installation.

In this section, you will find the following information:

Least Installed Applications: This list includes the least installed applications along with their respective percentages. These are applications that should have been installed on devices according to the settings configured by the system administrator in terms of groups and applications but have not been installed.

Groups with Worst Application Installation: This section lists groups with the worst application installation along with the respective percentage. It shows applications that should have been installed on devices according to the configurations set by the system administrator in terms of groups and applications but have not been installed.

Next to this, the Dashboard displays the quantity of devices per platform or per model:

Devices by Platform: This section displays the total number of active devices registered in the database grouped by Android Platform, along with their respective percentages. The highest percentage is highlighted in orange.

Devices by Model: This part shows the total number of active devices registered in the database grouped by device model, along with their respective percentages. The highest percentage is highlighted in orange.

In the last row of the Dashboard, three blocks are presented:

Devices by Battery: This section displays the total number of active devices registered in the database grouped by the battery charge percentage. The highest percentage is highlighted in orange.

Devices by Storage: This part shows the total number of active devices registered in the database grouped by the percentage of available storage. The highest percentage is highlighted in orange.

Devices by RAM: This section presents the total number of active devices registered in the database grouped by the percentage of free RAM. The highest percentage is highlighted in orange.
