Files for devices
It is now possible to send files directly to specific devices, without needing to use groups or generic distributions. All this with total control and security within Pulsus.
Use Case: Imagine needing to send a confidential document, an individualized safety instruction, or an exclusive update to a test device. Now, you can do this with surgical precision, ensuring the information reaches only where it should, optimizing workflows, and maintaining data security.
Available for: Android.
Remote Control: Keyboard command support and Screen resizing
Your Remote Control just got even more powerful! It is now possible to type directly from your computer's keyboard on Android and Windows devices. Additionally, you can also adjust the remote device's screen size, ensuring more visual comfort and efficiency in problem-solving. All this is done in seconds, drastically reducing service time and user frustration in the field.
Use Case: Configuring a new application that requires a login and password, adjusting Wi-Fi network credentials, or entering long codes, without user intervention and with agility and comfort for the person in control of the maintenance.
Available for: Android and Windows.

Disable Mac Address randomization
Total control over registered networks. For environments that require strict network control, you now have the option to disable the use of random MAC addresses on Android devices connected to registered networks.
Use Case: In corporate networks that use MAC Address filtering for security, this feature ensures your devices are always recognized in the same way, avoiding connectivity problems and maintaining the integrity of your network policy.
Available for: Android.
New SIM-card Management statuses
Your SIM Card management has become more transparent and intuitive! We've added new statuses that clarify which stage of the process each SIM Card is in. Now you can quickly identify if a SIM Card is not in use, if there was an error in the activation process, or if connectivity is compromised. In case of failure, the ability to resend the command to the device speeds up troubleshooting and minimizes your field team's downtime.
Use Case: When a device has been disconnected for a long time, or has frequent signal failures, it is possible to identify if the SIMCARD is working correctly and eliminate the hypothesis of problems with the carrier, for example.
Force screen brightness
Ensure your devices always have the best visibility for every task! Administrators can now set a fixed screen brightness level for each group of Android devices.
Use Case: In operations that require constant reading (e.g., deliveries under strong sunlight) or in environments where low brightness can impact productivity, this feature standardizes the experience, avoiding unwanted manual adjustments by users and even helping to optimize battery consumption when excessive brightness is not necessary.
