Remote Access is a feature that allows screen access to a device from anywhere, as long as it is connected to the internet, either through mobile data or Wi-Fi. Once connected, the administrator can view the device's screen in real time, making it possible to guide the user in the field during a support call or assist with specific configurations.

To perform the remote viewing process, you need to access the web base's home screen and navigate to the Devices menu.
Select the device to be viewed remotely and click the Remote Access button located in the upper right corner of the menu.
When you click the Remote Access icon on the web, a screen sharing window of the device should be displayed.
