Remote Control is a feature that allows you to view and monitor the device.

Additionally, this feature allows you to not only view the screen but also control the device remotely.

Prerequisites:

  • ChromeOS version 78 or later for kiosk devices

  • ChromeOS version 96 or later for managed guest sessions and user sessions

Go to the Devices menu and select the ID you would like to use.

Once you've selected the ID, click on the Remote Access icon located in the top menu.

Upon clicking the icon, the device will receive a notification requesting authorization for remote access. Once authorized, you will be able to control the device in a new browser tab.
