DEVICE INVENTORY:

In the Side Menu, under 'devices', clicking on a device will provide information such as: user, operating system version, serial number, group, last device activity, and battery health and available storage information.

To configure your desired policies,

Click on 'Groups' in the left sidebar and select the group you want to configure or add a new group with your desired settings.

Select the Group within the information:

In general, we have the security policies:

WI-FI :

Off Option: By choosing this command and saving the changes, a policy will be sent to the device to disable Wi-Fi.

NOTE: Upon sending this policy to the device, even if you re-enable Wi-Fi through the administrator panel, the Wi-Fi network will not function until the device re-establishes an internet connection and receives the new policy. This connection can be established via USB cable, network cable, or 4G chip, if the device supports it.

Neutral Option: By choosing this option, the user will have full control over Wi-Fi networks, meaning they can disable, enable, and connect to any accessible network.

On Option: In this option, the user can still disable the Wi-Fi network, but can only connect to pre-configured networks. In other words, it's a managed network mode. Other networks that are not managed will still appear but will be grayed out and unable to be connected to.

BLUETOOTH:

Option to enable or disable Bluetooth connection via toggle. When the toggle is enabled, the Bluetooth icon will turn green.

NOTE: When Bluetooth is disabled and the user enables the toggle, a device restart will be required for changes to take effect. A restart is not necessary when the toggle is active and the user decides to disable it.

BLOCK CAMERA USAGE:

Toggle switch to control camera access. When enabled, the camera icon will be green.

BLOCK SOUND OUTPUT:

Toggle switch to control sound output. When enabled, the speaker icon will be green.

BLOCK MICROPHONE USAGE:

Toggle switch to control microphone access. When enabled, the microphone icon will be green.

WIPE LOCAL USER PARTITION:

Toggle switch to control automatic local user data wipe. When enabled, the user icon will be green.

With this option enable, all local user data, including settings and state, will be deleted on each logout.

USB CONFIGURATION:

We have the following options: Do not disable, USB power sharing, or Device access.

By default, the option "Do not disable" will be selected.

ADVANCED WI-FI (WI-FI NETWORKS):

You can manage Wi-Fi networks in the Advanced Wi-Fi tab.

To add a new network, the user will need to provide the SSID, Security Type (None, WEP-PSK, or WPA-PSK), and password.

You can still choose to hide the network and enable automatic connection by activating both toggles.

After defining the criteria, you should finally click on "Add".

NOTE: If a network is created with the Hidden Network and Auto-connect options enabled and the user decides to change the Wi-Fi network options to "Neutral" in our web or Google Admin, both of these options will be unchecked within the Google Admin. It will be necessary to re-check the options in case the user returns to using a managed network in the "On" option.

The added networks will be listed and it will be possible to enable or disable the network, as well as delete the network.

After each change, it is necessary to click on Save Changes for the modifications to take effect.

Please note that for Wi-Fi network management to work correctly, the Wi-Fi networks option within the General tab must be set to "On," as shown in the image below.

ALLOWED WEBSITES:

In the Allowed Websites tab, we have the option to insert one or more domains. When typing a domain, it is necessary to add it using the icon.

and Save Changes.

To delete one or more previously configured domains, simply select the domain to be removed and click the icon.

and Save Changes.

FACTORY RESET (ERASE DATA):

In the 'Devices' menu, clicking on a desired device will display a screen with all device information. At the top, you'll find buttons corresponding to the actions that can be performed:

Wipe data:

Clicking the icon will display a modal to confirm the administrator password. Upon confirming, a factory reset (wipe) will be performed on the device.

LOST MODE:

In case your device is lost or stolen, we offer a feature to temporarily 'lock' your device.

Clicking the icon will display the following modal, where you can optionally set a block message.

Clicking 'Block' will send a command to the device, locking it and optionally displaying a pre-configured message.

The device details will display a message indicating that the device is 'Lost' and its status will be updated to 'Lost' both in the device details and the device list:

To unlock the device, simply click on the 'Disable Lost Mode' option, enter the administrator password, and click confirm.

The device will be unlocked and its status will be updated to 'ACTIVE'.
