The Remote Control feature allows you to access and interact with a Windows device remotely, directly from the Pulsus platform. This means you can view the device's screen and operate the mouse and keyboard as if you were physically present. It's a useful solution for technical support, maintenance, and quick interventions on corporate devices.
Prerequisites
Windows 10 and Windows 11
Agent Version 1.2.14+
To use this feature, go to the Devices menu and select the ID of the device you want to control.
On the Device Information page, locate and click the Remote Access icon in the top right menu.
You should see the loading screen below.
Then it should connect to the device without needing user acceptance.
