Remove device
Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Remove Devices functionality allows you to unlink the device from the web, which will also deactivate its license.

For the command to reach the device, it needs to be communicating/synchronizing with the platform.

Access the environment and click on Devices. Then, click on the ID you want to remove.

You will be redirected to the page of this ID and you can proceed with the removal by clicking on the trash icon, which will be on the top right menu.

Please note: We recommend removing the device only when it is connected to the internet. You can verify this connection by sending a message. If the message is delivered, you can proceed with the removal.

When clicking the Remove button, a screen will be displayed for the user authenticated in the system to enter their password.

By confirming the deletion, the device will be removed from the system. All files and applications managed by Pulsus will be deleted, and the device will revert to being managed by the default Android launcher, unless the data has been erased beforehand. In this case, only the Pulsus app will remain installed, just like any other app.

With the removal, it will no longer be counted towards billing and can still be consulted in the Devices menu, under the "Open advanced search" option, by selecting "Status" and "Removed".
