Attention: Some visualizations are only available from the Security plan.
To view the device information and actions, you need to access the Devices menu and select the ID you would like to query.
Backup Contacts – Generates a backup file of the saved contacts on the device (Available on the Pro plan).
Identify Phone Number – Sends a request via SMS to identify the device's SIM card number (Available on the Pro plan).
Restart – The device will be restarted.
Remote Access – Sends a command to allow remote access (Available from the Management plan).
Update – Forces the device to update.
Message – Allows sending a message of up to 1,000 characters to the device.
Sound Alert – Sends a sound alert to the device.
Re-register – Sends a request to re-register the device information within the group.
Maintenance Mode – Unlocks the device temporarily (Available from the Management plan).
Lock – Sends a request to lock the device, allowing it to be unlocked only with a predefined password.
Clear Password – Clears the previously set password or the password defined by Android.
Erase Data – Formats the device (irreversible action).
Remove – Unlinks the device from the platform, removing its registration.
Applications – Displays the number of installed or pending apps (Available from the Security plan).
Battery – Shows the device’s battery level (Available from the Security plan).
Available Storage – Displays the total and free storage space on the device.
Free SD Card Space – Displays memory card storage information (if inserted).
Available RAM – Displays the total and available RAM on the device.
GPS Status – Indicates whether GPS is on or off. If the device does not support GPS, it will appear as "off" (Available from the Security plan).
Default Launcher – Displays information about the device's launcher (Available from the Security plan).
Update Information – Shows details about the device’s last update or communication with the platform.
