To view the device information and actions, you need to access the Devices menu and select the ID you would like to query.

  1. Restart: Device will be restarted;

  2. Remote Access: Device will receive a command to allow remote access;

  3. Sync: This command will force the device to update;

  4. Send Message: It will be possible to send a message of up to 1000 characters to the device;

  5. Beep: Device will receive an alert;

  6. Reregister: Device will receive a request to re-register the information provided in the group;

  7. Maintenance Mode: Command sent to temporarily unlock the device;

  8. Block: Request to lock the device, it will be possible to send a password to unlock the screen only with the registered password;

  9. Reset Pin: Command used to clear the previously set password or to clear the password set by Android;

  10. Wipe Data: This command will format the device (irreversible procedure);

  11. Remove: Command used to remove the web link with the device, the record will be deleted;

  12. Applications: Will display the number of installed or pending apps;

  13. Battery Information: Displays the device's battery level;

  14. Available Storage: Displays the device's storage space, both free and total;

  15. Available Space on SD Card: Displays memory card storage information (when inserted);

  16. Available Memory: Displays the device's RAM space, both free and total;

  17. GPS Status: Displays whether GPS is turned on or off (on devices that do not have GPS technology, it will appear as "off");

  18. Launcher Default: Displays information about the device's launcher;

  19. Update Information: Displays information about the device's last update/communication with the web.
