Requirements: Pulsus Agent version 4.9.55 (or higher) and Pro plan.

The Contacts List feature allows administrators to upload a list of contacts and automatically distribute them across selected groups.

With this new functionality, you can:

  1. Distribute Contacts to All Users in a Group: Ensure that all group members receive relevant contacts without manual processes.

  2. Ensure Correct Contact Configuration: Make sure all contacts are properly configured and that the information is up-to-date for all users.

  3. Keep Contacts Synced: Distributed contacts cannot be deleted by users, ensuring they are always available and updated after each sync.

A new entry called Contacts is available in the left-hand menu, where you can upload and distribute contact lists in CSV or VCF format by group.

Atention: After following the steps below, an app called Pulsus Contacts will be installed. Some permissions may need to be granted, but the contacts will be stored in the default Android contact app.

Steps:

  1. From the menu, choose the Contacts option.


  2. Upload the contact file.



  3. Select the group you want the contact list to be distributed to.
