When accessing the device, on top of screen, the following information will be displayed:

1.Applications: Total applications that should be installed, how many have been installed and, in detail, the outstanding number according to the last synchronization of information.

2. Battery Information: Percentage of device battery, according to the last synchronization of information.

3. Available Storage: The percentage of storage available is reported as well as, in detail, the free and total amount of storage according to the last synchronization of information.

4. Supervised: Reports whether the Supervised Mode is enabled or disabled.

5. Last update of device: Reports the time the device is synchronizing with the environment.

6. Refresh: By clicking the refresh button the Web system sends a push for the device to synchronize with its current data (battery level, storage available, etc.) for the WEB

7. Block: By clicking the Lock button, a confirmation message for locking the device will be displayed.

8. Clear Password: By clicking the clear password button, if the device has been locked by Pulsus, with a password configuration, this password will be removed, and the iOS device will display a screen message asking the user to create a new password.

9.Recovery Mode: By clicking the Recovery Mode button the iOS device will be locked for use and the location information will be displayed on the device information tab (only devices on the supervised mode).

10.Wipe Data: Clicking the delete data button will clear the device operating system, and the device will return to its factory default settings, erasing all downloaded applications, personal settings, contacts, files, etc. However, your device will behave as it did the first time it was set to operation.

11.Remove: By clicking the remove button the screen will be displayed for the user authenticated in the system to enter the password, and then confirm the deletion. By confirming the deletion, the device will be removed from the system, the Smartphone will remove the applications managed by Pulsus and the configuration policy done through Pulsus.

Note: About item 8 - To remove the password completely you have to remove the password policy in the Menu iOS > Settings > Password.
