Creating a New Launcher

Pulsus Launcher is what makes the device block, and you are going to release the apps allowed for viewing in it. A device without Launcher has no blocks and thus has access to all Android settings.

Menu Launcher has the following features:

  • Manage which applications devices from one or more groups can use;

  • Set applications in the background;

  • Configure the time that applications will be available for use;

  • Whether or not to activate the Driver Mode - allow or block access to applications based on the speed (km/h) at which the user/device is;

  • Whether or not to block access to Pulsus notification bar and app store;

  • Customize the main screen with background color, text color and wallpaper.

When accessing Menu Launcher, the user will have access to the main screen. It lists all launchers created in the base, containing the following columns of information:

Launcher: The name of the launcher is informed and below, in detail, the total number of groups that are associated with the launcher and the total number of devices.

Applications: The number of applications associated with the launcher is informed and below, in detail, the total number of applications in the background.

Access the Launcher menu inside the Android menu and click +.

Enter the name you want to use in this launcher and select the desired group.

You are able to select the group using the Tags that were created at the time of group activation.

After adding the information, just click Configure.

Then, you are redirected to the Launcher page if you just click Save.

The device receives the block and shows you the Pulsus app and Pulsus Store.

Still on this screen, you can configure other settings and release applications.
