Term Agreement
Updated over a month ago

The Term Agreement feature was designed with speed and convenience in mind to help you manage who has access to your devices.

For example, when an employee checks out a device from the company, they are required to sign a physical term agreement, assuming responsibility for certain aspects of the equipment. This agreement was kept on file with the platform administrator. Whenever a device was transferred to a new employee, the agreement needed to be updated by printing a new one for the new user to sign. This Pulsus feature simplifies this process, allowing for digital signatures and simplifying management.

To configure the terms, access the environment and click on Term Agreement. Then, click on the '+' to add.

The fields for configuring the Term Agreement will be displayed.

  1. Define the Term name;

  2. Set this term as default (will be sent to all active devices);

  3. Select groups that will use this Term;

  4. Create Term - Save added information.

After configuration, you will be able to define the Term that needs to be sent to the devices.

  1. Require SSN signature (device will request name and SSN);

  2. Number of notifications until acceptance is mandatory (up to 8 times);

  3. Title;

  4. Term;

  5. Cancel;

  6. Save (will be saved as a draft);

  7. Publish Term Agreement (will be sent to devices on the next synchronization).

Assim que o dispositivo sincronizar, o termo será recebido e exibido da seguinte forma:

Click on Sign the Agreement, enter your name and SSN. There is validation on this field, so it must be a valid SSN.

Upon synchronization, the device will display the Term as follows:

After signing, this screen will change, and the system will display the name, SSN, and the date the Term was signed:

To revoke the signature of the term on the device, locate the signed term within the same tab and click on the trash can icon associated with it. This action will initiate a new request for the device to accept the term, adhering to the predefined terms and conditions.

You may still delete it when necessary:

  1. Edit;

  2. Mark to receive notifications;

  3. Disable Term.
