Telemetry - Dashboard

Updated this week

Note: this feature is available as an add-on for all plans

When accessing Telemetry, the user is directed to the Dashboard with data from the monitored devices.

Filters

The first interaction with the dashboard occurs in the filters area. Here, you can select a time range for evaluation and choose the devices of interest. The filters applied in this area affect all presented data. By default, the Dashboard displays data filtered for the last week and shows all devices available to the user.

Available filters are:

  • Trip Period: Establishes the time interval under analysis. Relative filters can be used, such as last day, last week, and last month, or specific start and end dates.

  • Groups: Allows selecting one or more groups to analyze data. When filtering by groups, the device filter will automatically update to include devices within these groups.

  • Devices: Allows selecting one or more specific devices for analysis.

Fleet Data

The fleet data tab provides general indicators of the behavior of monitored devices.

Device Location Map

Displays the last trip's end location for each device for the selected period.

Fleet Data (Overview)

Presents the main consolidated indicators for the selected devices over the period.

Selected Devices

Counter of selected devices that meet the search criteria.

Total Trips

Counter of trips made by the selected devices within the period.

Total Events

Counter of trip events detected for the selected devices within the period.

Trip events are those detected by the device during each trip, highlighting risky behaviors that can compromise the efficiency of the route.

Average Events/Device per Day

Presents the average number of trip events per selected device during the period.

(Mathematically, it's the total events divided by the number of selected devices, divided by the number of days in the applied filter).

Distance in Trip [km]

Total distance traveled by all selected devices within the period.

Time in Trip [h]

Total duration of all trips for selected devices within the period, in hours.

Average Time Between Trips

Average time between trips for all selected devices within the period, in hours.

Average Speed [km/h]

Average speed of the selected devices within the period.

Maximum Speed [km/h]

Highest speed reached by any of the selected devices within the period.

Event Distribution by Device

Shows the total count and distribution of trip events (harsh accelerations and braking, sharp turns, and speed violations) among devices within the selected period.

Speed Analysis

Shows the number of speed violations for each range and the total number of infractions, as well as their distribution by evaluated device or by day of the period. Analogous to the Brazilian Traffic Code, speed infractions are divided into three ranges:

  • Medium Violation: Above the established limit (default 110 km/h)

  • Severe Violation: Above 20% and below 40% of the established limit

  • Very Severe Violation: Above 40% of the established limit

Device Details

This tab contains information for each device, with fleet information detailed by device and a breakdown of trips made during the period.

General Device Data

Provides a comparative summary with the main indicators for each device within the selected period.

Distance in Trip [km]

Total distance traveled by each selected device within the period.

Events per km

Total trip events per kilometer traveled for each device within the period.

Time in Trip [hh:mm]

Total duration of trips for each selected device within the period.

Average Time Between Trips [h]

Average time between trips for each device within the period.

Total Time Between Trips [h]

Sum of non-trip times for each device within the period.

Average Speed [km/h]

Average speed of each selected device within the period.

Maximum Speed [km/h]

Highest speed reached by each selected device within the period.

Device Trips

Table listing all trips of the device within the selected period. The table also presents the main indicators for each trip, listed below.

Trip Start-End

Date and time of trip start and end.

Distance in Trip [km]

Total distance traveled in this trip.

Time in Trip [h]

Total duration of the trip.

Average Speed [km/h]

Average speed of the trip.

Maximum Speed [km/h]

Highest speed detected in the trip.

Events/Alerts

Number of trip events detected in the trip.

Events per km traveled

Division of trip events detected in the trip by the distance traveled.

Device Route Map

Details a selected trip, highlighting on the map all points where a trip event was identified.

Reports

This tab contains consolidated data for the evaluated period.

Consolidated Events

Daily consolidated trip events.

Longest Distance in Trip

Shows the longest distance traveled in a single day within the evaluated period.

Excess Mileage

Indicates how many times the established daily mileage limit was exceeded for all devices within the selected period.

The default limit is 400 km per day.

Longest Time in Trip

Shows the longest trip time in a single day within the evaluated period.

Excess Driving Time

Indicates how many times the established driving time limit was exceeded for all devices within the selected period.

The default limit is 8 hours per day.

Consolidated Event Summary

Table providing a breakdown of consolidated event indicators divided by each device.

Trip Events

Number of Events

Table with the distribution of trip events by type.

Top Drivers with Trip Events
