The Data Usage report allows the export of information regarding data consumption of devices in a specific period, with the option to filter the information by device or by application.
Go to the Devices menu and click "Export Reports".
The system will then show you the report options available.
Note that there is a message saying: “You have not selected any filters for export. Your document will come with all the information without a filter."
This option allows you to export a report with information that has been previously filtered, within the advanced search in the Devices menu.
After selecting the filters you want, select Data Usage and click "Generate CSV".
The system will automatically download a .csv file. When you open the file, you will see the following information:
Group
Pulsus ID
Identifier
Name
Surname
Wifi Usage (bytes)
Mobile Usage (bytes)
Total Data Usage (bytes)
Start of period
End of period
