Sometimes, the device needs to be sent to a new user. How can I change the information that had been registered with the old user's data?
One option is the Reregister function.
Prerequisites
Pulsus Agent iOS 3.0+
When the Reregister button is clicked, the web system sends a form to the device to re-register it. This form contains pre-filled fields that were previously configured in the group the device is associated with (First Name, Last Name, Email).
Information that can be configured as mandatory in the group:
After clicking the re-register command, you will find the following screen:
And on the device you will need to enter the new data:
In this case, the system is requesting First Name and Last Name.
After entering the data, you can validate it in the Information tab, in the User field.
