Location Report

Updated this week

The Location Report allows you to export the location and signal information of all devices in your database, referring to a customizable period of up to 31 days.

Access the Devices menu and click on "Export reports".

The system will present the available report options.

Note that there is a message that says: "You have not selected filters for the export. Your document will come with all the information without filters."

This option allows you to export a report with information that has already been previously filtered within the advanced search in the Devices menu.

After selecting the filters you want, select the "Location" option, define the desired period or choose one of the available presets, and click "Generate report".

When you open the file, you will see the following information:

  • Group

  • Status

  • Pulsus ID

  • Identifier

  • First name

  • Last name

  • E-mail

  • ID

  • Date

  • Latitude

  • Longitude

  • Provider

  • Precision

  • Velocity m/s

  • Carrier

  • Network Type

  • Signal Strength (0-31/99)

  • Signal Level (0-4)

  • Sync Type

Note:

  • If the device has not captured the location during the selected period, the fields referring to this information will be blank.

  • The map uses a period (.) as a decimal separator instead of a comma. Therefore, a representation such as 25.000 does not mean 25 thousand, but only 25.

  • iOS: The device stores and sends the history of pending locations (captured with the agent running in the background) as soon as synchronization is restored.

  • Windows: The device sends only the last location captured at the time of each synchronization.

  • Android: Capture occurs without synchronization, and the data is sent to the environment when the device synchronizes with the agent.
