This quick guide was prepared in simple language to guide you, the employee, on how the new login screen works and the secure sharing of your company's smartphones and tablets.
1. How to perform the first login on the device?
If your corporate device now displays a login screen when turned on, it means your company has activated the employee identification system. This feature was implemented to ensure that professional applications are accessed only by those with permission, bringing more security to you and corporate data.
Follow the step-by-step to access:
Turn on the device or unlock the cell phone or tablet's home screen.
When turned on, the Pulsus login screen will automatically appear on the screen.
Enter your corporate Username.
If you have doubts, confirm this data with your company's IT team.
Enter your Password.
Tap the Enter (or Sign In) button.
Done! Validation will be performed quickly and the device's home screen will be unlocked for your work.
2. Shift Sharing (Multi-user Mode)
If you work in shift, scale, or rotation regimes (such as route drivers, technicians, sales representatives, or health professionals) and share the same cell phone or tablet with other team colleagues, your device will be configured in Multi-user mode.
This means that each colleague has their own secure work session on the same device. See how to proceed during shift change:
Identifying who is logged in: On the corporate cell phone's home screen, there will be a pinned application called Pulsus Users. When you open it, you will see your full name, your username, and the usage time of your session.
Passing the device to the next colleague: At the end of your shift or turn, you must release the device so that the next colleague can use it. Perform the exit procedure correctly:
Open the Identification Application on the home screen.
Tap the red button that says Exit (or Logoff).
The system will immediately close your work session and the device will safely return to the red login screen, ready for the next employee to log in.
3. Important Data Clearing Precautions
To protect the privacy of your work information and comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), your company's IT team may have activated Automatic Data Clearing when performing the logoff (exit) from the shared device.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — AVOID LOSS OF WORK: If your device has this clearing configuration activated, be sure to save, send, or synchronize all your progress (route reports, quotes, completed sales, visits, or field forms) within your work application before clicking the "Exit" button.
If you click Exit without sending or saving your data beforehand, all temporary information stored locally in the applications will be permanently deleted in the cache clearing performed by the system for the next user's login.
4. Employee Frequently Asked Questions (Quick FAQ)
I forgot my username or password. How do I recover it?
Due to corporate security reasons, the Pulsus application installed on the corporate cell phone does not have a "Recover Password" or self-registration option for accounts. The control of your credentials is carried out in a restricted and secure manner by your company's IT team. If you forget your login data, contact your organization's IT technical support immediately to request a manual password reset.
I entered my username and password, but the system says they are incorrect. What should I do?
Check if you did not enter the username with extra spaces at the end or beginning.
Ensure that all letters of the username are in lowercase (the system's standard pattern).
Check if the cell phone's own keyboard did not automatically insert a capital letter in the first letter of the password or username.
If your company uses corporate network login integration (SSO), check if your standard network password has not expired or been recently modified on your work computer.
If the error persists, ask your company's IT team to check if your user is configured as Active in the Pulsus panel.
The cell phone has no cell signal or internet connection. Can I log in?
To perform the initial validation of your first access to the corporate device, the cell phone or tablet must be connected to the internet (either using mobile operator data or Wi-Fi network). This allows the application to verify if your credentials match the company's server. If you are in an area without telephone signal coverage, look for a location with stable connectivity to perform the initial login.
The device is stuck on the login screen and I cannot use any application. What now?
This security lock occurs when the device is placed in a group with authentication activated before your user was actually registered in the company's web panel. To quickly resolve this, contact your company's IT support and ask them to verify your user registration in the administrative panel and reassign the device to your user.
