1- With the Mobility Journey, what happens to the plan I currently have?
A: Don't worry, the launch of the new plans will not change your current contracted plan. You will continue to use all the features you have subscribed to.
2- Among all the plans that have been launched, which one offers everything I have today?
A: The Management or Pro plan, depending on the features you use. Consult your account representative for a better understanding.
3- Am I obligated to migrate or adapt to any of the newly launched plans?
A: You will have a period of 1 year, starting from the launch date (October 23, 2023), to migrate to the plan of your choice. We will provide materials to help you understand all these plans and what each one includes so you can identify which plan meets your current needs.
4- If I want a feature that I don't currently have, and it's included in one of the plans, do I need to pay the full plan amount to adjust?
A: Yes, the Mobility Journey is designed with specific features in each plan. If there is no Add-on option for the feature you want, you will need to change the plan to enjoy that functionality.
5- Who will be responsible for the migration or update of my plan?
A: The Customer Success team, along with your account representative, will be ready to address all your questions.
6- I have an annual plan, how do I change my plan?
A: In this case, you need to wait for your contract period to expire.
7- Can I subscribe to more than one plan?
A: Yes, but in separate environments. Each plan has a specific environment, but you can choose to have some of your devices on one plan and another part on a different plan. For example, some devices on the Inventory plan and others on the more advanced plan, which we call Pro.
8- If I choose a plan, can I later downgrade/upgrade the plan if I don't adapt?
A: The minimum period to stay in a plan is 1 month (if your contract is monthly), after which you can change, either to a more basic plan or upgrade to a more comprehensive one.
9- What about new features? Will they be included in my plan? How will it work?
A: If the feature is within the plan you have, it will be automatically implemented, and you can use it. If the feature is specific to a plan you are not on, we will need to migrate to another plan or see if that feature has an Add-on option compatible with your current plan.
10- Will my support and channels be altered according to the plan?
A: No, there will be no changes!
